A note from the owner

We began with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I would trust at my own home. We are a family operation, so if something is not right with a unit, the responsibility is ours, and we handle it that same day.

I track the full schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything falls behind, I contact you before you need to contact us.

“Two units plus a handwash station for our wedding. Arrived Friday, gone by Monday morning, completely hassle-free.”
Dana R. — backyard wedding
“My father is in a wheelchair, so we reserved the accessible unit for our family reunion. It was placed level beside the patio, and he used it independently the whole weekend.”
Karen P. — accessible unit for a family reunion
“Phoned on a Tuesday and had a unit sitting in the driveway by Thursday for our kitchen renovation. Couldn't have been simpler.”

Common questions

Q1How frequently do units get serviced?

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add an extra weekly visit.

Q2Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and sufficient space to maneuver a wheelchair.

Q3What should the drop-off spot look like?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can reach, free of low wires and set back from any excavation work.

Q4How do extended rentals work?

We assign a regular weekly maintenance day and keep the unit at your location until you call to have it removed.

Q5What happens during the weekly maintenance visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
